Our Commitment

All sales are FINAL! HITT Volleyball/Global Capacity Inc. stands by its products and expects nothing less than perfection. If you have received a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear in the material, decorating and print issues), please contact us immediately at 1-403-690-0699 so that we can assist you with the exchange process.

Exchanges

ALL Sales are FINAL! All exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase receipt and must be in resalable condition. All returns should include your original packlist indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason(i.e.: defect on the garment) for the return. An exchange or return can be made for unwashed/unworn and originally packaged merchandise.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and taxes if the reason for exchange is based on ordering the wrong size.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for lost packages. Exchanges received without the original packlist will not be processed. We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Cancellation or Changes of Orders

Once an order has been placed for processing and/or completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please call us at 1-403-690-0699 to request the status of your order.
